Living My Life Like It's Golden: Birthday Shoot
Shooting during the golden hour makes me so happy. The light is so soft! I absolutely love when my friends reach out to work with me because they allow me to just shoot. It was a no brainer when my Lashell (my best friend) asked if I could shoot her 35th BDay photos. I love this woman beyond words. My bestie give’s so much to so many and has a heart of gold. She’s as beautifl on the outside as she is inside. I can’t wait to shoot more with my Shellz. My nephew Juju (her son) is one of the most photogenic kids who you’ll ever meet so I had to get him in at least one shot.
February is busy!
Hey ya’ll! Can you believe that we’re already in February? The calls and emails haven’t stopped. I’m incredibly grateful and blessed to be working. THIS IS MY DREAM. I announced the changes to TVPIXX last month and things have been going really well ever since. I’ve already had some amazing shoots four days into this month and I’m looking forward to more throughout this month.
I’m not sure if you all know this, but I sing professionally! I’m fortunate to be apart of a music production company, Zoulful Music, who is currently singing in the national production Lifted. We’ve been touring for a year now and things are picking up steam. I love what I do! In addition to Zoulful Music, I sing with various groups and acts throughout PDX.
